Three steps, once

Set it up calmly today so others can act fast tomorrow.

  1. Create the profile

Add allergies, medications, blood type and who to call. Create a profile for yourself or for someone you care for.

  2. Carry your QR code

Save it on your phone or print it for your wallet, a wristband or a helmet. It’s just a link, so it needs no battery or signal on your device.

  3. Scan and see

Whoever helps you points their camera at the code and sees the essentials in seconds, on a page built for emergencies. Nothing to install.

What your helper sees

A simple page, ordered by what matters most in an emergency.

  • The critical stuff, first

Severe allergies appear at the very top, in red, before anything else.

  • One-tap calling

Emergency contacts are large buttons that dial straight from the phone of whoever scans.

  • Built for a rush

Large type, high contrast and a single column. Light enough to load even on a poor connection.

  • For more than one person

One account, several profiles: your partner, your children or your parents, each with their own code.

You decide what’s shown

This is health data and we treat it that way. You stay in control at all times.

  • Choose which fields are shown and which aren’t, profile by profile.
  • Edit the profile when a medication or phone number changes: the code stays the same.
  • Delete a profile and its code stops showing data immediately.
  • Delete your account from the app and your data is erased completely.

Frequently asked questions

Does the person scanning need the app?

No. The code opens an ordinary web page from any phone’s camera. There’s nothing to install and no account to create.

Who can see my data?

Anyone who has your QR code can see the fields you’ve left visible, so choose carefully what you include and where you display it. You can hide any field from the app at any time.

What if my medications or contacts change?

You edit the profile in the app and the changes show up straight away when the same code is scanned. There’s nothing to reprint.

Does MagHealth replace a medical ID bracelet or medical care?

No. MagHealth is not a medical device and does not replace professional care. You enter the information yourself and are responsible for keeping it up to date.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, go to Account → Delete account. If you need help, email us from the support page.

Which devices is it available on?

The app is coming to iPhone first. In the meantime you can email us and we’ll let you know when it’s ready.

Let your information speak when you can’t

Set it up once. It’s ready when it’s needed.
